This role involves joining our busy client accounts department based in our Head office in Salisbury. You will play a major role in dealing with all aspects of Client Accounts Administration.

Main Duties and Objectives:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Client Account Customer Advisor Escalations.
  • Work with the Central Services Team Leader to create and maintain the Client Account Customer Advisor training and processes.
  • Ensure customer queries are dealt with to the company deadlines as part of a team to the highest standard.
  • Respond to client queries via multiple communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and letters, in relation to Client Account matters.
  • Escalate customer calls as appropriate to the relevant departments and/or individuals.
  • Liaise with Property Managers regarding account queries from clients.
  • Complete full and comprehensive log calls and notes on QUBE.
  • Negotiate payment plans for property owners and bi-monthly payment reconciliations to ensure payments are made.
  • Maintain housekeeping of the accounts on QUBE.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties, including assisting the Client Account Manager with administration tasks when required.

  • A desire to help customers and deliver a very high standard of Customer Assistance.
  • Good level of proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A confident and assured telephone manner.
  • Multi-mailbox management.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines.
  • An effective and enthusiastic team player.
  • Self-motivated and target driven.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Capable of working under pressure during busy periods.
  • Experience of handling a high volume of daily calls and emails.
  • Reliable with excellent timekeeping.
