Role Overview

The Data Migration Administrator will support the successful migration of data from a legacy system to a new database platform.

The role is responsible for accurately reviewing, cleansing, validating, and inputting large volumes of data, ensuring information is transferred correctly and in line with project timelines and data quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, andmaintaindata within theoldsystemmaking the system ready for migration.
  • Review data extracted from the system andidentifyinconsistencies, duplicates, missing information, or errors.
  • Perform data cleansing activities to improve data accuracy and integrity prior to migration.
  • Validate migrated data and investigate discrepancies between systems.
  • Support data reconciliation exercises to ensure completeness and accuracy of migrated records.
  • Work closely with Client Accountsteam members to resolve data quality issues.
  • Escalate data anomalies and system issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, GDPR requirements, and data security standards.
