We are recruiting for a Block Property Manager to join our Remus brand, based in Salisbury. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a property portfolio and maintaining relationships between the company and its clients.
Responsibilities and Goals:
- Familiarise yourself with leases/TP1s for properties within the portfolio, enforce covenants, and ensure obligations are met in line with current property law.
- Prepare and issue budgets for properties and monitor expenditure.
- Agree on year-end accounts with clients and handle enquiries as they arise.
- Conduct regular property visits and organize EGM/AGMs.
- Manage the performance of contractors such as cleaners and grounds maintenance.
Must Have Skills:
- Experience managing residential property portfolios within block management.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Experience preparing and issuing property budgets.
- Ability to organize and lead face-to-face meetings with clients.
- TPI qualification or current pursuit of it.
Bonus / Superhero Skills:
- ATPI qualification or willingness to work towards it.
