Location: Occasional travel to one of our offices may be required, so applicants should live within a reasonable commuting distance of at least one office location.

About this Role:

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Mobilisation Coordinator to join Fexco Property Services. The role of Mobilisation Coordinator is to primarily deal with the onboarding of developments we are taking on. The successful applicant will work closely with Business Development and the brands to ensure the development is compliant and all onboarding tasks are smoothly completed. The role will also assist, when needed, with the coordination of lost business and the transactions to the new agent.

Main Duties and Objectives:

  • Mobilise new residential developments into the wider residential portfolio.
  • Co-ordinate the process of asset gathering and M&E in order to verify cost and put relevant maintenance contracts in place.
  • Ensure all required information is collated at the point of handover to ensure schemes can be effectively managed and all “Golden Thread” requirements are covered.
  • Ensure all developments have essential company documentation from day one.
  • Complete admin tasks, including but not limited to – compiling asset registers, reviewing O&Ms, saving relevant certification and warranty information, setting up system on Dwellant.
  • Review contract scope of works and carry out tender process for services. Work closely with internal teams to incorporate new developments into existing preferred supplier contracts while sourcing specialists where required.
  • When needed, assist with de-mobilisation and the handoff of developments to other agents.
