About this role:

We\’re looking for a hands-on, proactive Business Analyst with the skills and experience to bring clarity to complexity, ask insightful questions, and drive change from discovery through to delivery.

In this role, you\’ll join a newly established transformation team, working closely with colleagues across the business to understand current processes, gather requirements, and identify opportunities for improvement.

You\’ll play a key role in turning ideas into clear, actionable solutions that create value for both the business and our customers.

Some responsibilities and goals you\’ll own:

  • Elicit and Define Business Requirements

Conduct workshops, interviews, focus groups, and document analysis to gather business needs. Translate findings into detailed requirement backlogs and clear specifications.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with IT and other teams to design and implement solutions that align with business objectives. Support project delivery through implementation, testing, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Capability Building

Champion best practices in process design, change management, and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Must have skills:

  • A bachelor\’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years\’ experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a systems thinking mindset.
  • Proficiency with modelling tools (e.g., Visio preferred) and business analysis techniques.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Desirable:

  • Experience in the property sector (preferred but not essential).
  • Familiarity with tools such as customer journey mapping software, service blueprints, and data visualisation platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Understanding of data modelling and entity relationship diagrams.
  • Knowledge of taxonomy, schemas, and risk management frameworks.
  • Interest in emerging technologies such as AI and automation.
