The role acts as the key link between Finance and Property Operations, ensuring service charge budgets, expenditure allocations, and year-end account reviews are delivered to a consistently high standard. The postholder will establish and drive best practice, champion process improvement, automation and AI-enabled solutions, and build strong relationships across the organisation. They will provide leadership, challenge and support to ensure financial information is accurate, timely and supports effective decision-making. This is a strategic leadership role focused on process excellence, stakeholder management, continuous improvement and the development of a high-performing team. Business Partnering Act as the primary finance business partner to Property Operations. Build effective relationships with Property Directors, Regional/Area Managers and Property Managers. Provide guidance and challenge on service charge budgets, expenditure allocation methodologies and financial performance. Influence stakeholders to improve quality, accountability and timeliness of financial information. Facilitate collaboration between Property and Finance, and other support functions.
