  • About this Role

We are seeking a proactive and compliance-driven Compliance Coordinator with strong knowledge of statutory, regulatory, within environmental compliance.

The successful candidate will ensure that all compliance obligations, planning conditions, and environmental commitments are met, enabling the delivery of 100% compliance for our customers and stakeholders.

Working closely with the Green Infrastructure and Biodiversity Team, you will play a key role in coordinating compliance activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that all remedial actions and statutory requirements are completed .

This role is critical in ensuring the organisation maintains the highest standards of statutory, environmental, and safety compliance while supporting the successful delivery of our Green Infrastructure and Biodiversity objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full portfolio ownership of compliance performance across all allocated sites.
  • Monitor assets and recurring statutory events, escalating non-compliance.
  • Ensure asset and safety data is accurate, complete, and audit ready.
  • Support the monitoring and delivery of planning conditions, environmental obligations, and biodiversity commitments.
  • Produce compliance reports, maintain performance records, and provide updates on outstanding actions and risk mitigation measures.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring compliance processes remain effective, robust, and aligned with statutory requirements.
  • Generate clear compliance reports and attend KPI reviews with Greenspace and client meetings Instruction & Coordination
  • Issue instructions for Statutory requirements and other requirements.
  • Ensure all evidence, certificates, and remedial actions feed into the required systems
  • Manage and tender compliance-related contracts tied to planned maintenance.
  • Source quotes and raise works orders for remedial actions with Greenspace managers in line with the agreed process
  • Manage the Compliance inbox and action items promptly.
  • Track and coordinate all actions from statutory inspections and Assessments required.
  • Maintain safety case information and ensure completeness
  • Ensure risks are remediated swiftly with contractors and Greenspace team effectively.
