Hours: 9am – 5:30pm (Monday to Friday, with an hour for lunch), plus client and events meetings. Office Based.

About this Role: We are excited to be looking for an Associate Director for our London based brand, Esskay Management Services. Esskay specialises in high-end and super prime residential management delivering a personal bespoke service to our clients through collaborative working. The successful candidate will work closely with the Brand Director being instrumental in delivering the level of service expected of our clients and supporting growth. They will also manage a portfolio.

Main Duties and Objectives:

  • Team management to promote engagement, positive mindset and delivery of objectives.
  • Be the first line of senior escalation and liaison point for clients, leaseholders, and challenging stakeholders.
  • Support business development to achieve targets.
  • Assist with operational strategising and implementation.
  • Oversee compliance with industry regulations, best practices and company policies.
  • Manage and be responsible for all aspects of own portfolio (legal, maintenance, repairs, major works, HR, financial, health and fire safety, etc) to ensure that all buildings, clients, leaseholders and residents’ requirements, management agreements services, and expectations are met. Weekly or fortnightly visits to each building, attendance to Directors meetings, Annual General Meetings are required.

Essential Skills and Requirements:

  • At least 5 years’ experience at Senior Property Management level.
  • Experienced in delivering high end residential property management.
  • Team Management.
  • ATPI qualified to a minimum, ideally MTPI and AssocRICS qualified.
  • Financial and technical acumen.
  • Proficient level in IT.
