Job Title: HR Services Team Leader Company: Fexco Property Services Location: London (Hybrid Working) Type of Employment: Full Time, Permanent About this Role: As we go through an exciting period of expansion and change, Fexco Property Services are looking for a HR Services Team Lead to focus on accurate, timely and consistent delivery of HR services. The HR team support 4 brands with around 400 staff. We are looking for a hands-on HR Shared Services Team Lead to work with and supervise a small team HR & Payroll Administrators providing all HR transactional and administrative support to the UK brands. This role will work with and oversee an efficient and effective service and support the team in delivering a customer focused service and work on continuous improvement to ensure the aims of the business are achieved. Main Duties and Objectives: Be part of and overseeing a customer focused administrative/transactional function that meets the needs of the business. Assisting the HR Director to continuously develop the HRSS function. Oversee and Assist with: Employee lifecycle starters, leavers, changes to roles and contracts Payroll & Pensions – checking reports and liaising with outsourced payroll provider Benefits overseeing and liaising with providers Performance management processes Absences monitoring and reporting and escalating to the HRBP when necessary HRIS reporting and auditing HR Information and metrics Maximise the use of self service by the staff via the HRIS & Intranet Manage the HR email inbox Update HR process manual Team Management: Providing training to the team on systems, policies and procedures as required. Support and motivate the team through monthly 1:1’s and identifying training needs General: Effectively dealing with any queries escalated to your attention Regularly seeking feedback from stakeholders on the performance and productivity Identify and implement process improvements for a seamless, employee-focused approach while maintaining high levels of confidentiality. Play a key role in all HR projects. Monitor and ensure the service delivery meets our quality and compliance standards. Utilise data and other key metrics to analyse performance and drive continuous improvement. Review and update policies and procedures Essential Skills: High level understanding of HR issues, process and procedure together with knowledge of statutory requirements In depth knowledge of transactional HR processes and administration to enable interpretation for policy and guidance to staff A good working knowledge of payroll and pension processes and reporting Understanding of Data Protection legislation, its implications, and the need to comply Experience of managing a team and able to demonstrate achievement of performance and efficiency benefits through coaching and people development Strong organisational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail Ability to balance demands and priorities Experience of problem solving Ability to proactively identify opportunities to improve the service Desirable: CIPD qualification preferable Fexco is an equal opportunities employer and is proud to foster a work environment where our people are supported and encouraged to be themselves.
