An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Broiler Farm Manager to join our new venture into broilers. We are looking for someone who wants to be a true partner in our venture and as such this role offers an attractive package worth up to £85,000, including:

We are seeking a highly competent and driven Broiler Farm Manager to take on business responsibilities at a brand-new, top-of-the-range poultry facility, designed with fresh thinking and an aim of setting new standards within the industry.

This is not a typical farm management role. You will be our partner on site, operating an industry-leading premium site, equipped with cutting-edge technology, including underfloor heating, unique ventilation and management link to corporate style offices. We have designed optimum conditions not only for the chickens but for you as the business unit manager as well, all supported by sustainable energy systems, including biomass and solar, ensuring efficiency, innovation, and environmental responsibility are at the core of everything we do.
