We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced HubSpot Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis and analysis skills, with a focus on optimising HubSpot platforms to enhance marketing, sales, and customer service operations. Duties

  • Analyse client requirements and business processes to identify opportunities for optimisation within HubSpot
  • Design, implement, and customise HubSpot workflows, automation, and integrations to meet client objectives
  • Provide strategic guidance on best practices for using HubSpot tools effectively
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to maximise platform utilisation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored marketing and sales strategies using HubSpot
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly to ensure seamless operation
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation outlining project progress, insights, and recommendations
  • Stay updated with the latest HubSpot features and industry trends to continuously improve service delivery

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a HubSpot Consultant or in a similar role specialising in inbound marketing platforms
  • Strong business analysis skills with the ability to interpret client needs into actionable solutions
  • Excellent analysis skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
  • A recognised qualification or certification in HubSpot (preferred but not essential)
