• Lead a high-performing team of 6 software engineers working on impactful, customer-facing product features
• Work closely with Product and Marketing counterparts to bring data-driven, customer-first ideas to life
• Help shape engineering culture, processes, and tech choices during an exciting phase of scaling
• Be part of a leadership team that values autonomy, clarity, and collaboration

• Experience managing engineers in product-led or e-commerce environments
• A passion for growing people and building high-trust, high-performance teams
• Excellent cross-functional communication—especially with product and commercial stakeholders
• Pragmatism and delivery focus—able to navigate ambiguity and keep teams moving
