Permanent Lead Product Designer | Up to £100K DOE | London

Few&Far is working on an exciting Lead Product Designer role at a B-Corp high-growth consumer startup. They’re a truly AI Native and design-led company: design isn’t just there to ship features, but to validate and learn; facilitating workshops and cross-functional conversations. They’re building a consumer-facing platform around utilities, insurance and subscription services - and after just one year of product-market fit, they’re scaling rapidly.

The role offers:

  • End-to-end design ownership, with real influence on product direction in a growth-attuned company
  • Fast-paced roadmap: insurance launch, subscription optimisation, AI-native chat and WhatsApp interfaces
  • Competitive compensation (£80-100K base + equity), EMI options
  • Office-first culture: min x3 days a week in London office (ideally 4 at the beginning)

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • High-growth startup or scaleup experience (B2C) with true design ownership end to end, of consumer mobile and web app products
  • Able to run and lead squads, with strong storytelling skills
  • Commercial rigour - able to talk about why you’ve made certain decisions from a commercial point of view
  • 0-1 experience
  • Able to thrive in high growth and ambiguous environments, showing evidence of solving real problems (versus narrow ownership within larger teams)
  • Comfortable designing for regulated journeys and multi-step data capture
  • Experience with conversational design and narrative threads across user journeys
