Few&Far are working with a well-known UK Consumer-Tech Company, who are hiring a Head of Product Design on a 12-month FTC to cover maternity leave, with real strategic ownership. This sits in one of their most critical business areas focused on loyalty, frequency and habit-building.
About the Role:
- Own design across loyalty, subscriptions, apps and a core creative editor experience
- Significant influence on strategy, roadmap and business outcomes
- Strong people leadership with a small team of mid to senior designers
- Still hands-on with craft and close to execution
- Heavy cross-functional partnership with Product and Engineering
- Meaningful use of AI within the product experience, related to habit formation and shopping behaviour
- Ownership of apps platform end-to-end, across web and native mobile
- 70% strategy and people leadership, 30% hands-on craft
- Manage 4 Direct Reports (Mid to Senior Designers)
- London based role - hybrid working
Candidate Requirements:
- Extensive Product Design leadership experience including line management and strategic leadership
- Experience in loyalty, frequency and/or retention
- Experience in eCommerce / B2C / Consumer
- Cross-platform experience - solid understanding of product delivery across responsive web and native apps
- Comfortable influencing Senior Stakeholders
- Experience working on AI features and utilising AI tools in your workflows
