We’re partnering with an early-stage, high-ambition startup to hire Founding Engineers who will help shape the entire technical foundation of the business. This is a hands-on, in-person role in London, working directly with the founders to build and scale a production system from first principles. They’re hiring across multiple strengths - you don’t need to cover everything, but you should bring deep expertise in at least one core area.

The role
- Build and deploy AI systems using LLMs (prompting, orchestration, evaluation)
- Design and scale data pipelines across diverse sources (APIs, scraping, structured data)
- Develop core SaaS infrastructure, including multi-tenant architecture
- Take ownership of system design across AI, data, and backend layers
- Build for scale from day one while maintaining rapid iteration speed
- Work closely with founders on product direction and technical strategy

- Proven track record of building and shipping real products (SaaS, pipelines, or strong side projects)
- Strong engineering fundamentals across systems, backend, or full-stack
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt across technologies (TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL)

- Strong problem-solving mindset - comfortable owning problems end-to-end
- Bonus: exposure to healthcare, biotech, or regulated data environments
