We’re partnering with a fast-growing future-of-work platform that’s reshaping how leading brands hire and manage freelance talent globally. Backed by an experienced leadership team from some of Europe’s most successful scale-ups, they’re now looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer (frontend leaning) to help scale a product used by thousands of freelancers and businesses worldwide.

You’ll join a highly collaborative product engineering team, owning features end-to-end across a modern TS, React + Python stack while helping shape the future of the platform.

  • Build and ship user-facing features across frontend and backend systems
  • Help evolve and maintain a scalable design system and component library
  • Drive performance, quality, and developer experience across the product
  • Work with modern AI-assisted engineering workflows and tooling

Strong experience with:

  • React and TypeScript in production environments
  • Building scalable design systems or reusable component libraries
  • Solid understanding of modern web architecture, browser behaviour, and performance
  • Comfortable working across the stack, ideally with some Python/Django exposure

Very flexible hybrid working setup with a London-based team and occasional visits to the office. Open to UK-friendly timezone remote candidates. Strong benefits package including healthcare, pension, learning budget, and generous annual leave.
