We’re partnering with a fast-growing future-of-work platform that’s reshaping how leading brands hire and manage freelance talent globally. Backed by an experienced leadership team from some of Europe’s most successful scale-ups, they’re now looking for a Senior Product Designer to help craft intuitive, high-impact product experiences used by thousands of customers.

You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering to shape the end-to-end user experience across a modern B2B platform, balancing customer needs with commercial impact.

  • Lead discovery, user research, and usability testing to uncover customer insights
  • Design intuitive product experiences from wireframes through to polished UI
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers and Engineers in an agile environment
  • Contribute to and evolve scalable design systems across web products
  • Use data, feedback, and experimentation to continuously improve the user experience

You've built and shipped products for B2B / SaaS companies. Strong product thinking and experience solving complex UX challenges. Strong visual and interaction design skills across responsive web products.

Very flexible hybrid working setup (ideally happy doing 1x a week but they can be flexible). Strong benefits package including healthcare, pension, and generous annual leave.
