The environment is highly agentic - Claude Code, Codex, and AI‑native workflows are embedded into how the engineering team operates day‑to‑day.
They’re looking for someone who:
- Comes from a strong software engineering background
- Has worked in fast‑moving startups or high‑performing tech teams
- Understands evals, reliability, and real‑world AI trade‑offs
- Wants high ownership and the chance to shape product direction
