Few&Far are partnering with the market-leading platform in the UK entertainment industry: the go‑to place for performers, agents and casting directors, used by major broadcasters, streamers and theatres to cast their productions. It's profitable, PE‑backed and growing steadily, with a small, close‑knit Tech team in Central London.
It is a Perm role with a salary up to £85K DOE, with 4 days a week in their Central London office.
They're hiring a Product Manager to own the performer experience, essentially a subscription product with a loyal, passionate user base:
- Subscriber churn and retention, including cancel flows and win‑back
- The subscription and payments journey: renewals, failed payments and payment plans
- The first 30/60/90 days for new members, so they see value faster
- Web and native iOS/Android apps
It's a role with real ownership and visibility, suited to someone curious, data‑literate and happy rolling their sleeves up in a lean team.
It's a genuinely fun place to work too. There are casting studios in the building, so big film and TV productions are cast downstairs and the odd famous face in the lift comes with the job.
Role Requirements:
- Payments and subscription mechanics. Renewals, failed payments, gateways, payment plans, dunning and cancel flows. Owning a checkout counts for something; deeper is better. 3. Retention and churn. Subscription churn or consumer marketplace retention.
- Problem solving mindset, data literacy - able to dig into the data to problem-solve
- Humility, high EQ
- Experience in startups, scaleups or smaller teams
