Principal Growth Product Manager | HealthTech | Remote (Europe)

We’re partnered with a European digital health scale-up that has found strong product–market fit and is now doubling year-on-year. Operating across several major European markets, they are delivering clinically proven digital solutions for health conditions, and is rapidly becoming one of the category leaders in its space.

With ambitious growth plans, a major funding round on the horizon, and a Product & Engineering organisation set to grow, they are now hiring a Principal Growth Product Manager to take ownership of one of the most commercially critical parts of the business.

The opportunity

As Principal Growth PM, you’ll report directly to the VP Product and work across markets and cross-functional teams to drive the next wave of growth.

This role blends strategy, commercial ownership and hands-on experimentation. You’ll lead forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis while defining the long-term value proposition for patients beyond the initial treatment phase.

What you’ll do

Own the performance of the renewal / repeat prescription business
Build and deliver the growth strategy, identifying new levers and opportunities
Shape the long-term patient value proposition for the maintenance phase

What we’re looking for

Proven experience as a Senior or Principal PM in growth, experimentation or commercial optimisation
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
Experience in scaling multi-market products or working in regulated environments is beneficial (but not essential)
