We’re working with a high-growth B2B SaaS scale-up that’s redefining how companies source, manage, and work with freelance and contingent talent. They have since evolved into a Freelance Management System, used by some of the world’s leading brands to manage their external workforce. With strong product-market fit and 40% YoY revenue growth, they’re now investing further in their core platform and user experience.
They’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of a key area of the product, with a strong focus on frontend experience, usability, and customer-facing workflows.
What you’ll do:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for your area, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
- Identify and prioritise opportunities to improve user experience, workflows, and platform usability.
- Measure impact post-launch and continuously iterate based on data and customer insight.
What we’re looking for:
- At least five years' experience as a Senior Product Manager in a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong focus on customer-facing products, frontend experience, and UX-led problem solving.
- Experience in HR tech, workforce management, VMS/MSP platforms, or adjacent domains is a plus.
- Hybrid working in Central London.
- Join a company with a product-led leadership team.
- High-impact role in a small team where your decisions shape both product and business outcomes.
