I’m partnered with one of the most exciting AI start-ups in London right now as they scale towards Series B. They’re building production AI systems that turn weeks of due diligence into minutes - already trusted by major enterprises, financial institutions, consultancies, universities, and global organisations. This is not an AI research role. It’s about building real-world LLM systems that customers rely on for high-stakes decisions.
The role:
- You’ll own parts of the AI pipeline end-to-end across:
- LLM agents
- Entity resolution
- Report generation
- Evals & system optimisation
- Accuracy, latency, and cost improvements
The environment is highly agentic - Claude Code, Codex, and AI-native workflows are embedded into how the engineering team operates day-to-day.
