We’re working with an exciting client building a new digital bank from the ground up, focused on creating a banking experience that is fair, transparent, and genuinely customer-first. This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage and play a key role in shaping a modern, digital-first banking platform.

The Role

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager / Product Owner to take ownership of a B2C mobile app and web platform, driving both customer experience and commercial performance. Experience with AI will give you a big advantage in this role!

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle (ideation → delivery → optimisation)
  • Lead a cross-functional squad (engineering, design, stakeholders)
  • Define and manage the product roadmap and backlog
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences
  • Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear product requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years in Product Management / Product Owner roles
  • Strong experience in FinTech, banking, or financial services
  • Proven track record delivering B2C mobile apps and web platforms
  • Experience working in Scaled Agile environments (SAFe or similar)
  • Strong stakeholder management and delivery focus
