Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Take full ownership of the day-to-day leadership of the engineering team—people, process, and delivery.
• Mentor and grow senior and lead engineers, fostering both technical excellence and leadership skills.
• Drive operational excellence: sprint execution, cross-team alignment, ticket quality, and delivery predictability.
• Stay hands-on when needed: review code, unblock technical challenges, and guide architectural decisions.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Proven background in a scaling startup—you thrive in resource-constrained, fast-moving environments.
• Deep knowledge of native mobile or web technologies.
• A track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Pragmatic, delivery-focused, and able to balance speed, quality, and sustainability.
• Excellent communicator, collaborative by nature, and able to manage up and down with ease.
