We are working with one of the UK’s best-loved consumer brands: publicly listed, rapidly scaling, and genuinely product-led. Their loyalty offering is a cornerstone of their long-term strategy, and now they’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to take ownership of their two flagship loyalty products which are used by over 800,000+ customers (on track to hit 1M this year). The goal? Push these products to drive 70–80% of all customer orders, through smart acquisition, retention, and product optimisation.
Why You’ll Love This Role
- Join a genuinely empowered, bottom-up product culture where teams shape their own roadmaps
- Massive reach - 75M+ customers across markets
- Real ownership - you’ll shape the strategy, not just execute
- Product-first culture - bottom-up roadmap planning, empowered teams
- Big business impact - work directly with senior leaders, including the CEO
- Great benefits - strong bonus, private medical, flexible hybrid setup
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for ‘Loyalty & Subscriptions’

What we’re looking for:
- Experience owning and optimising loyalty, rewards, or subscription products at scale (1M+ users)
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills
- You’ve owned product strategy and roadmaps - not just delivered on someone else’s
- Strong communicator who thrives in stakeholder-heavy environments
