We’re working with one of the UK’s best-loved consumer brands: publicly listed, rapidly scaling, and genuinely product-led. Their loyalty offering is a cornerstone of their long-term strategy, and now they’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to take ownership of their two flagship loyalty products which are used by over 800,000+ customers (on track to hit 1M this year). The goal? Push these products to drive 70–80% of all customer orders, through smart acquisition, retention, and product optimisation.

- Join a genuinely empowered, bottom-up product culture where teams shape their own roadmaps

What we’re looking for:
- Experience owning and optimising loyalty, rewards, or subscription products at scale (1M+ users)

- Line management experience is a bonus

- Private medical, life assurance, dental & strong pension (matched 5%)
