We're a talent and advisory business with an established track record working with growing and scaling companies. We've built a strong reputation in our space, but what actually sets us apart isn't our process - it's our community. We've built a curated network of senior professionals, brought together through small, high-trust gatherings rather than mass meet-ups. Our communities are creating real relationships and have already generated significant commercial results, not just goodwill. We're not trying to build the biggest community out there. We're trying to build the best one.
What you'll be doing:
- Own and grow our community programmes end to end, including managing key external partner relationships and helping shape content and events.
- Drive real engagement by knowing who's active, who's dormant, and make the specific introductions that create value.
- Spot and route commercial signals from within the network back into the business.
- Do outbound work. Reach out to relevant senior individuals to bring them into the network, and build relationships with external partners directly.
- Get close to the network, know who's who, who the natural connectors are, what they want and use that to shape how things evolve.
Who you are:
- This role sits at the intersection of community, relationships and commercial instinct - and there's more than one background that gets you there.
- You could come from a range of backgrounds: operations, customer success, account management, or similar - what matters more than the exact title is that you're commercially minded and genuinely good with people.
- You think in engagement and commercial impact, not just attendance numbers.
- Your style is closer to account management/customer success than hardcore outbound sales - you understand what 'value' means to a senior audience who get pitched constantly.
- You genuinely enjoy building relationships and networking.
- Comfortable doing outbound work, including some cold outreach to people you don't know yet.
- Based in or around London, and happy to work from the office three days a week.
How we'll know you're doing well:
- Cohort health: engagement, retention, member satisfaction - and whether things stay curated as they grow.
- Commercial impact: placements sourced or influenced, and events delivered successfully with partners.
- Deliberate growth: new members and segments added because they're a good fit, not just to hit a number.
Culture & values:
We're a small, close-knit team, and this role comes with real autonomy over how you build it - there's no rigid playbook to follow. We care more about whether our community stays genuinely valuable than about hitting an arbitrary size or growth number, and we'd rather you push back on padding it with the wrong people than chase a bigger headcount. If you want to think strategically about how things evolve, not just execute a fixed plan, you'll have real scope to do that here.
What you'll get in return:
- Competitive base salary, dependent on experience, plus a performance bonus.
- 25 days annual leave plus standard benefits.
- First Friday of every month off.
- Hybrid working (3 days/week in office).
- Genuine autonomy over how you build this role, with real scope to grow it as the community scales.
