Few & Far have teamed up with a seed-stage start-up that is changing the way that AI chatbots engage with customers.
Their customer support agents interact directly with customers to autonomously resolve up to 80% of tickets. They can handle everything from refunds through to technical product questions, and provide instant personalised answers and no wait times.
The company is looking to hire a founding SDR as their first hire in the sales team. You will be working directly with the Founder and marketing lead, helping them focus on generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers.
Responsibilities;
- Utilise LinkedIn, cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunities
- Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
Requirements;
- Two or more years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets
- Experience in the B2B SaaS space
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organisation
