Permanent Senior Product Manager Opportunity | Up to £95K +5% | London Hybrid
Few&Far are working with a Consumer B2C Scaleup in the Tech-for-Good Marketplace Space, to hire a Senior Product Manager on a Permanent basis.
Salary up to £95K base, + performance-based bonus up to 5%
Hybrid working in London. Sponsorship isn't offered.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead a Cross-Functional Squad alongside an Engineering Manager, working across both web and mobile products (Native iOS and Native Android)
- High autonomy. Own end to end product lifecycle: discovery, delivery, optimisation
- Translate strategy into actionable product decisions and measurable KPIs.
- Squad areas include: Member growth and engagement, share of member wallet, and personalisation (including search and recommendations)
- Focus is on bringing fresh thinking and innovation rather than maintaining an existing narrow area.
- Role is weighted towards execution with 70% delivery and 30% strategy, though this may evolve over time.
- Roadmap is already defined, so initial work is delivery focused rather than greenfield strategy.
- No Product Owners in the model. PMs are fully end to end.
Required Skills/Experience:
- 7-10 years' Product experience
- Must come from a scale-up, consumer facing business (eg not a B2B SaaS company, or not large corporates such as Amazon)
- Fast-paced scrappy delivery - essential
- Strong focus on scalability and fast delivery in a non corporate, scrappy environment
- Commercial judgement is essential, for example decisions around build versus buy
- Strong backgrounds include eCommerce, affiliate marketing, loyalty, rewards and consumer marketplaces
- Longevity in roles showing progression/promotions, rather than short stints
