I'm partnered with a fast-growing AI research and engineering startup building advanced agentic AI systems that automate and accelerate complex software engineering workflows. The platform sits at the intersection of AI research and real-world production systems. Backed by $2.5M in seed funding from top-tier investors, they are expanding their core engineering team and are looking for a Platform Engineer to help design, build, and operate the systems that power their products at scale.

What you’ll work on:

  • Designing and building cloud-native infrastructure to support highly reliable, secure, and scalable AI systems
  • Operating and improving Kubernetes-based platforms, deployment pipelines, and internal tooling
  • Building abstractions and automation to support rapid experimentation and production deployments
  • Owning reliability, observability, security, and performance across our infrastructure stack

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or DevOps roles
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerisation, and modern CI/CD pipelines
  • Solid understanding of cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure) and infrastructure best practices
  • Experience building or operating production-grade systems with high reliability requirements
  • A pragmatic engineer who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and solving hard systems problems
