Having completed their Alpha platform and secured significant new investment alongside leading angel investors, they're now entering one of the most exciting stages of the business.
They're looking for their first dedicated Dev Sec Ops Engineer to build the security and infrastructure foundations that will allow the platform to scale to millions of users.
The Role
- You'll become the technical owner of platform security across the entire Engineering organisation, designing secure systems from the ground up whilst enabling their Product Engineers to move quickly and safely.
- You'll work across cloud infrastructure, developer tooling, CI/CD, identity, secrets management, AI systems and customer data protection.
- If security isn't built properly, nothing else matters
- What you'll be doing
- Designing and owning security across the entire platform
- Building secure cloud infrastructure, primarily on GCP
- Developing secure developer workflows, CI/CD, and Dev Ops processes
- Protecting highly sensitive financial and personal customer data
- Designing encryption, identity and access management strategies
- Embedding security into AI-native products and engineering workflows
- Working with engineering to build secure-by-default systems
- Preparing the business for future certifications including SOC 2 and ISO 27001
- Partnering with regulatory specialists to prioritise security initiatives as the company scales
