SC/DV/EDV Cleared Data Engineer Contract Opportunity
I'm looking for a high calibre SC, DV, or EDV Cleared Data Engineer with strong AI / Generative AI experience to join a one of the most exciting AI programme's currently within the defence sector.
Location: London (3 days per week onsite)
Contract: Initial 3-month contract Inside IR35, transitioning to a 12-month contract extension Outside IR35 thereafter
Availability: Immediate starters preferred, with a maximum 2-week notice
Interview Process: Fast-moving 1-2 stage process
Rate: Flexible depending on experience, Heavy hitter needed
Key Requirements
- Active SC, DV, or EDV Clearance
- Strong Data Engineering background
- Proven experience delivering AI, Generative AI, LLM, RAG, or ML solutions
- Expertise building and optimising data platforms, pipelines and architectures
- Ability to operate at a senior level and influence technical direction
Highly Desirable
- Defence sector experience
- Experience working in highly secure or classified environments
- Track record of delivering AI-enabled data platforms and capabilities at scale
