About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Onsite Operations Lead to oversee the execution of our most important events on the ground. This role is focused on operational excellence in live environments. You will be responsible for ensuring that events run smoothly, teams perform at a high level, and partners feel confident throughout the execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onsite Leadership & Execution: Lead the onsite execution of medium and large-scale events. Act as the main operational reference point during live events. Ensure all operations run smoothly, efficiently, and on time.
- Team Management (Onsite Staff): Coordinate and lead onsite staff (coordinators, temporary staff, suppliers). Ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly understood. Proactively identify underperformance and correct it in real time. Maintain high standards of professionalism and execution.
- Operational Excellence & Standards: Ensure processes and tools are correctly applied onsite. Detect and fix operational issues immediately. Maintain consistency and quality across all event setups.
- Partner Interaction (Onsite): Act as the main point of contact for partners during event execution. Provide confidence, clarity, and quick responses to any situation. Represent Fever with professionalism and control.
- Collaboration with Strategic Teams: Work closely with Strategic Event Managers to understand event design. Translate operational plans into real-world execution. Provide feedback to improve future setups.

About You:
Experience: 5–10 years of experience in live event operations, hospitality, or similar onsite-heavy roles. Proven experience managing teams in real-time environments. Strong track record in delivering high-quality execution under pressure.
Skills & Mindset: Execution-focused: you get things done in real environments. Strong presence: you can lead teams and take control when needed. Detail-oriented: you notice and fix small issues before they escalate. Decisive: you act quickly and confidently in live situations. People leader: you know how to motivate and correct teams.
Nice to Have: Experience in large-scale or high-complexity events. Familiarity with operational tools (ticketing, access control, POS, etc.).
Languages: Fluent English required (local language is a plus depending on region).
