The Role

As the

Director, Creative Strategy, Brand Partnerships in London, you will be responsible for supercharging our success by elevating brand partnership proposals to new heights.

You will lead a global team of strategists to formulate "out of the box" ideas and secure revenue from top-tier advertisers.

In this role, you will lead the strategy team within the Brand Partnerships department.

We operate as an in-house creative agency, ensuring our deep knowledge of entertainment reaches global brands to conceptualize and manage high-impact digital and content campaigns.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Generate innovative ideas that place insight or fact at the heart of every brand partnership.
  • Lead the team in creating branded content and experiential responses that align with company strategy.
  • Produce compelling presentation decks that sell a strategic vision and narrative to stakeholders.
  • Attend high-value client pitches in a lead strategist role to secure major partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Solutions team to ensure each concept is realized to a high standard.
  • Identify new product opportunities in coordination with the Global Head of Brand Partnerships.
  • Write informative and engaging case studies that showcase our key campaigns.

Who You Are

10+ years of experience in a strategic brand partnerships role or creative agency.

  • Proven ability to generate innovative proposals that prioritize data-driven insights.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills essential for delivering high-level proposals.
  • An entrepreneurial can-do attitude with comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Highly skilled in crafting slide decks and written pitch materials.
  • Fluency in English is essential for this global leadership position.
  • Strong attention to detail and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
