Hey there! We're Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. Our mission? To democratize access to culture and entertainment. With our proprietary cutting-edge technology and data-driven approach, we're revolutionizing the way people engage with live entertainment. Every month, our platform inspires over 300 million people in +55 countries (and counting) to discover unforgettable experiences while also empowering event creators with our data and technology, helping them scale, innovate, and enhance their events to reach new audiences.

To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment! Ready to be part of the experience? Now, let's discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever's mission.

We know the impact experiences have on lasting memories. That's why we help brands connect in a meaningful way with their audience through culturally resonant campaigns. Operating like a creative agency, our team uses their expertise in entertainment and immersive events to help brands and agencies across the globe conceptualize, produce, and manage multi-channel campaigns that give audiences experiences they will remember. We craft bespoke strategies that blend branded content, digital storytelling, ticketed experiences, and premium sponsorships, tailored to each market.

We are looking for a commercially-minded data and product builder to join our Brand Partnerships team in London or Madrid as Director, Commercial Product. This is the person who turns Fever's scale, owned IP, marketplace, Secret Media Network, and first-party data into actionable, repeatable, measurable commercial offerings that our sales teams can sell and our partners renew.

You will own three connected workstreams:

  • Measurement: building closed-loop attribution into a product, so partners can see the impact (such as spend, retention and engagement) their campaigns with us deliver.
  • First-party data layer: turning Fever's passion and intent into actionable audience intelligence.
  • Integrations: scoping and working with Fever product teams to define the technical work that surfaces Fever experiences inside partners' own apps and platforms through repeatable blueprints rather than bespoke one-off builds.

Build measurement into a product, designing and owning the closed-loop attribution methodology that lets partners see impact and outcomes. This is the renewal engine that turns one-year deals into multi-year ones. Actionable Audience, turning Fever's passion and intent data into privacy-safe, aggregated audience intelligence that partners can action, while protecting the underlying data as a Fever asset. Own the technical scoping of integrations, defining for Fever tech teams the requirements and commercial needs in a way that they can use to be productive in builds. Enabling Sponsorship, delivering the membership, integration and measurement infrastructure that the commercial team sells on top of. Package products for the sales team, translating capability into clear, sellable propositions, pricing logic and pitch-ready materials so commercial colleagues can take them to market consistently. Work cross-functionally with data, engineering, marketing and event operations to launch products on time and to a premium standard, acting as the bridge between commercial intent and technical delivery. Set the measurement standard for Brand Partnerships, becoming the internal authority other teams reference when they need to prove campaign outcomes.

Who You Are:

  • You bring 10+ years of experience in commercial product, partnerships product, ad-tech or media product, marketing measurement, or a closely related field, with a track record of shipping products that commercial teams actually sell.
  • You are fluent in measurement and attribution, and you understand how to turn data into a privacy-safe, sellable product without compromising the underlying asset.
  • You have worked at the intersection of commercial and technical teams, and you can scope integrations, brief engineering, and translate between a sales pitch and a build backlog.
  • You think in repeatable systems, not one-offs, instinctively building blueprints and platforms rather than bespoke solutions that do not scale.
  • You bring an entrepreneurial, builder mindset and operate comfortably as a self-starter in ambiguous, white-space environments. This is a function to stand up, not a roadmap to inherit.
  • You balance commercial instinct with data-driven rigour, and you can present a product story to senior internal and external stakeholders with clarity and polish.

Why You'll Love It Here:

  • Attractive compensation package to reward your contributions and growth.
  • 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences + free Candlelight voucher.
  • Generous Parental Leave: We go well beyond the UK statutory minimum with 16 weeks of fully paid leave for birthing parents and 8 weeks for non-birthing parents.
