The Role
We are looking for a Media Manager to plan and execute global event media strategies—across markets and timezones—to drive attendance, revenue, and brand impact through traditional marketing channels.
What You'll Do
- Grow and optimize existing media‑outlet relationships, establishing successful and long‑term partnerships.
- Execute media strategies and tactics, research media opportunities, and present this information to internal and external partners.
- Identify and actively look for new opportunities within the media market.
- Manage new activations, from commercial negotiations through to technical integrations and optimizations.
- Maintain accurate control of budget spend on campaigns related to positive ROI objectives.
- Analyze work needs related to external media, as well as develop strategic models and reports.
- Ensure the completion and delivery of projects on time.
Who You Are
- At least 5 years of experience in the traditional media industry (TV, radio, and OOH).
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; a second language is a plus (e.g., Spanish, Italian, German, French, Portuguese).
- Understanding of the role and potential of alternative marketing and media options within the overall marketing mix.
- Experience in both media planning and buying, with an ability to stay ahead of the evolving media landscape.
- Experience in affiliate marketing is a plus.
