About The Role

  • Responsible for the entire life cycle management of big events from the signed commercial contract to final closing.
  • Main point of contact between event organizer and all internal teams.
  • Overall owner of the process, ensuring tasks are completed on time and in form, managing other departments’ tasks.
  • Communicate product needs (Fever usability) and process needs to HQ; work with product/engineering to deliver.
  • Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A for user support team.
  • Ensure all required documentation is in place to achieve project goals.
  • On-site presence may be required during launch or other important dates depending on the event.

About You

  • 2+ years in a project management or consulting role (event background is a plus but not required).
  • Bilingual English speaker; other languages are a plus.
  • Strong appetite for learning and analytical, relationship‑management, and organisational skills.
  • Solution-focused, identifying problems and creating resolution plans.
  • Strong communication skills and track record of building positive working relationships.
  • Highly organized and efficient.
  • Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts.
  • Ability to communicate with event partners, brands, agencies, and talent.
  • Strategic thinking when faced with events partnership brief or data-driven insights.
  • Can handle large amounts of work and parallel work‑streams.
  • Collaborative and willing to get hands dirty and work on all required event tasks.
  • Knowledge of Facebook and Instagram promotional tools is a plus.
  • Strong academic background is a plus.
