About The Team
The Growth team drives Fever\’s business strategy across markets, ensuring partner performance and accelerating global growth. The New Business team crafts compelling commercial proposals to secure partnerships, leads upselling and cross-selling initiatives, provides demand forecasts, and identifies optimal locations for Fever Originals and major third‑party events. Our approach is data-driven and cross-functional.
About The Role
Fever is seeking a Growth Senior Associate to join the New Business team. This role drives the commercial strategy and manages high‑impact partnerships across multiple markets. You will lead negotiations, optimize commercial agreements, and unlock scalable growth opportunities.
You will oversee commercial agreements with strategic partners, work with General Managers to define negotiation strategies, and analyze partner performance to create long-lasting collaborations. This is a high‑impact role requiring strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to execute quickly in a dynamic, international environment.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
- Region/Vertical Ownership: Manage your region or vertical end‑to‑end, including negotiations, commercial condition evolution, and tailored partner value propositions.
- Strategic Deal Analysis: Evaluate partnership feasibility using demand forecasting, pricing optimization, and mutual value analysis.
- Commercial Strategy: Define and implement market-specific commercial strategies in coordination with General Managers.
- Major Deal Leadership: Lead the preparation and alignment of commercial terms for strategic partnerships.
- Negotiation Support: Represent Fever in key negotiations with prospective partners and seek optimal outcomes.
- Growth Expansion: Identify and develop opportunities to scale partnerships across new geographies and deepen alliances.
- Performance Support: Collaborate with performance teams to anticipate and resolve potential partnership issues and continually improve the commercial framework.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact between Growth and other teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Ops, PMs) for your region.
- Global Perspective: Work across up to 40 countries with a diverse, fast-paced international team.
About You
We’re looking for a results-driven, analytically strong, and commercially savvy leader with a passion for building impactful partnerships and growing business at scale. To be successful, you’ll bring:
- 6+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or strategic business development
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications, Aeronautics), Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Strategy, or a related quantitative discipline
- Ability to deconstruct complex problems and solve them using data and analytical reasoning
- Advanced Excel modeling skills for financial, commercial, and demand analyses
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with clear communication across internal teams and external partners
- Experience crafting presentations and business narratives with structured, top-down communication
- Proactive mindset and problem-solving orientation
- Professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong ethical compass and commitment to doing the right thing
- Passion for data-informed, impact-oriented decisions that drive real business results
