Meet the Team: As the Acquisition Marketing team, we drive growth by attracting new users and increasing the reach, visibility, and sales of our experiences and brands. We create data‑driven campaigns that connect with the right audiences across channels like Meta, TikTok, Spotify, search, TV, and more. From strategy to execution, we’re focused on generating awareness, boosting engagement, and turning interest into action.

The Role: We are looking for a marketing professional to lead the development and execution of strategic campaigns that drive audience engagement and business growth. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to plan and deliver impactful marketing initiatives, optimise campaign performance through data‑driven insights, and ensure effective promotion of products and experiences across digital channels.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the marketing strategy of your experiences
  • Build compelling marketing strategies for exclusive experiences around the world, both for our partners and our own very unique Fever Original events
  • Create successful performance digital marketing campaigns with high visibility leveraging social media channels like Facebook & Instagram
  • Work closely with the growth marketing team to analyse performance and identify opportunities
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to provide strategic directions for campaigns (Sales, Media, CRM, Design, Content Copywriting…)

Who You Are:

  • You have 4‑6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Facebook ads, and other social paid platforms.
  • You have a proficient level of English. A second language is a plus.
  • You have a marketing background.
  • You look for an opportunity to work in Madrid and evolve in Fever.
