About the Role
- You will be the expert in technical SEO for our transactional ecosystems (feverup.com, white label websites and other Fever group websites) reporting directly to the SEO Manager.
- Analysis, definition and optimisation of the information architecture.
- Strong Technical Skills (Crawling, Indexing, Structure data, Core web vitals, HTML, CSS, CDN performance, APIs Automation…)
- Ensure optimal bot accessibility for the best processing for traditional search engines and LLMs.
- Be up to date with the latest changes in the search industry to propose quick actions adapting our sites to comply with the latest SEO/GEO requirements.
- Take ownership of monitoring, establishing success KPIs and tracking methodologies, including large-scale log analysis with dashboarding and alerting systems (ELK, BigQuery, Splunk or similar).
- Partner with Data, Product and Systems to execute against our technical roadmap.
- Design, implement and iterate experiments to increase traffic/ranks at a rigorous pace.
- Audit and measure our engineering developments and implement changes to prevent visibility losses on search ecosystems.
About You
- Proven experience as a technical SEO for ecommerce or similar (at least 5 years working with high traffic websites) and experience providing results from actions.
- Experience working with international sites, adapting the global SEO strategy according to the needs of local markets.
- Proactive or independent profile capable of self-management.
- Being data-driven with a clear understanding of data, analytics and metrics and the ability to make data-driven recommendations.
- Hands-on experience applying AI/LLMs to build SEO solutions, automate workflows and enhance productivity.
- Thorough knowledge of search engine ranking factors, including emerging LLM-powered search ecosystems (RAG, citations, query fan-out) and their optimization strategies.
- Knowledge of HTML, JS and CSS required.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with industry-standard & enterprise SEO software.
- Possess up-to-date knowledge and maintains current SEO practices.
- Strong personal ownership, high level of initiative and ability to work in a team.
- Excellent Spanish & English written and oral communication skills.
