The Role

We are looking for an ambitious and strategic Sponsorship Manager to join our Brand Partnerships team! Working like a Creative Agency, we ensure that all our knowledge in the entertainment and experiences fields arrives at agencies and brands in each city, helping them conceptualise, produce, and manage multistrand digital and content campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Brand Partnerships to drive growth across the supply side of our international business, scaling sponsorships across our fast-growing slate of Fever Originals and Official Partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, and event operations to pool resources and develop winning sponsorship proposals.
  • Identify and engage potential sponsors to establish long-term strategic relationships and craft compelling sponsorship packages aligned with client objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sponsorship strategies, negotiating favorable deals, and continuously expanding portfolios via strategic upselling.
  • Oversee the successful execution of sponsorship agreements, ensuring all commitments, activations, and experiential opportunities are delivered professionally.
  • Monitor sponsor satisfaction through proactive communication, gathering feedback, and addressing partner concerns to maintain healthy relationships.
  • Evaluate sponsorship performance regularly to provide comprehensive reports detailing ROI and core deliverables to external stakeholders.

Who You Are

  • You bring 5+ years of experience in B2C event sponsorship sales.
  • You hold a strong network of direct client and agency contacts across major industry verticals.
  • You demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills, essential for effectively running high-profile client meetings and proposals.
  • You bring an entrepreneurial can-do attitude and operate comfortably as a self-starter within ambiguous environments.
  • You possess a sharp ability to balance creative, out-of-the-box thinking with data-driven decision-making.
  • You are highly skilled in crafting visually compelling slide decks and polished written pitch materials.
