Role Overview
As Regional Manager for UK + IE you will build and lead a high‑performing team—Project Managers, Producers, Location Scouters and more—to develop, launch and manage events from start to finish.
You will be responsible for the region’s P&L, team development, local industry relationships and for representing Fever across all cities you manage.
Working closely with Marketing, Operations and other departments, you will set the strategy to grow the business in your region and scale successful events to other markets.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage the UK and Ireland team that will drive growth for the region
- Ensure team members meet quality and revenue goals on a quarterly basis through regular performance audits
- Define the region’s growth strategy, maximizing sales performance, customer excellence and operational quality to meet all KPIs
- Manage the local portfolio of experiences, using data analysis to deepen Fever’s penetration in the market
- Develop and maintain high‑level relationships with senior stakeholders from major entertainment and real‑estate companies
- Manage big local partners and expand the local network
- Negotiate and close business deals with partners
- Support the scalability of experiences in other cities (travel may be required)
- Report performance weekly, monthly and quarterly
- Provide coaching, mentoring and feedback to local team members
- Execute detailed analysis of business opportunities and processes
- Represent Fever at local events and conversations
Qualifications
- 9+ years of project management, startup or consulting experience
- MBA from a top‑tier school preferred
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with large team management experience
- Solution‑focused with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Experience managing complex projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially with C‑level executives
- Ability to influence and persuade at all levels
- Coordination and audit skills across internal and external teams
- Extensive networking skills and partnership building ability
- Advanced commercial acumen—capable of negotiating high‑value deals with favorable terms for Fever
- Curious and eager to push boundaries while engaging top management
- Capacity to handle large workloads and multiple work‑streams simultaneously
- Not a position for those with an event production background
