We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and critical-thinking junior event producer who will support our Executive Producer and Project Manager in all aspects of production ensuring that high-quality experiences are delivered. This person will be the point of contact on the production side of all projects, managing third parties involved in the execution, development, and production of creative deliverables. This role may involve travel to support live launches and on-site production across our expanding portfolio. It requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget. Employees are expected to be in the office Monday to Thursday, with possibility to work from home on Fridays.

You will:

  • Manage all aspects of event productions, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up.
  • Support the wider Fever Originals team in the development of new events, implementing new production formats and ensuring Fever remains up to date and ahead of the curve on emerging technologies and solutions that enhance our experiences.
  • Create production timelines and ensure teams keep to schedule.
  • Assess and manage budgets of different scales, working with project managers.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of event deliverables.
  • Participate in marketing meetings to contribute to creative ideation from a production perspective.
  • Manage multiple productions and help scale various Fever Original IPs against team targets.
  • Research new vendors, technologies, and experiences.
  • Source and secure venues and required event permits, meeting insurance requirements.
  • Handle administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and working with the legal department on contracts.
  • Be prepared for domestic and international travel across time zones.

Qualifications:

You have a successful track record of production management of live events with strong oral and written communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on a flexible, detailed, analytical mindset. You have operational experience and the ability to think strategically from a business perspective. Candidates must be passionate about the entertainment/events industry and competent in delivering results in an ambiguous environment, being exceptionally detail-oriented while looking ahead.

You should have:

  • 1+ years of experience in the live event production industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and organize event aspects efficiently.
  • An innovative, solution-focused mindset to identify problems and find creative solutions.
  • Strong network of vendors and venues, and experience with permitting and insurance processes.
  • Strong understanding of technical production requirements and basic fabrication techniques.
  • Curiosity, appetite for learning, and willingness to push boundaries.
  • Ability to communicate with partners, brands, agencies, and talent collaboratively.
  • Strategic thinking when faced with an event brief.
  • Experience in virtual, outdoor, or large-scale events is a plus.
