  • Act as spokesperson when needed—or brief and train others to do so.
  • Navigate complex reputation or comms challenges with transparency and credibility.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Brand, and Partnerships teams to create unified, impactful comms around launches, features, and strategic moments.
  • Lead the development of thought‑leadership platforms for DICE execs.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and freelancers across regions.
  • Track, report and interpret media impact and brand sentiment.
  • Support internal communications in moments of transformation or opportunity.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in communications, PR, or editorial strategy—ideally in music, tech, culture, or creative industries.
  • You’ve led communications for a brand that’s not afraid to challenge convention.
  • Excellent writing skills: from sharp quotes to long‑form profiles, you know how to shape narrative and adapt tone.
  • Deep familiarity with the music ecosystem—from promoters and venues to media and artist relations.
  • Global mindset: you’ve worked across markets and understand cultural nuance.
  • Strong business and strategic sensibility: you know how to make communications serve commercial and brand objectives.
  • Ability to operate independently, with autonomy and ownership of projects and relationships.
  • Experience managing crisis comms or high‑pressure public moments.
  • Comfortable collaborating with creative and technical teams alike.
