As a Growth Analyst, you will independently lead high-impact global projects and strategies to drive Fever's entertainment market expansion across up to 40 countries. By designing end-to-end solutions and managing new business streams, you will collaborate across departments to enhance overall company performance.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to one of Fever's key markets, focusing on its growth and development.
- Work independently and manage your own pipeline of projects within a business line where you can showcase the value you bring.
- Lead global projects that will define the future of the entertainment industry.
- Enhance overall company performance across different business departments, creating new plans and events.
- Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business and strategic skills.
- Design end-to-end solutions with daily high impact.
- Create, develop and manage new projects such as new business streams, workflows, strategies, and specific departments’ growth.
- Work with people and projects across different markets, focusing on developing new experiences in a big international atmosphere across up to 40 countries.
Who You Are
- At least 2 years of experience in an analytics & business role.
- Background in Engineering or Maths/Statistics/Data Analytics/Strategy.
- Leverage big data and analytics tools to make strategic business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and proven team leadership experience.
- Excited about working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
- Advanced English speaker; knowledge of Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese is a plus.
