About the Role
As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to design and deliver oneâofâaâkind events that create unforgettable moments. In this capacity you will support the Executive Producer and Project Manager on all production aspects, acting as the main point of contact for thirdâparty vendors, developers, and production crews.
You will:
- Manage all aspects of event productions â preâproduction logistics, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, and postâevent wrapâup.
- Collaborate with the Fever Originals team to develop new events and implement fresh production formats, keeping Fever at the forefront of emerging technologies.
- Create and enforce production timelines to ensure teams stay on schedule.
- Assess and manage budgets across projects, working closely with project managers.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal crossâfunctional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of event deliverables.
- Participate in marketing meetings to contribute creative ideation from a production perspective.
- Manage multiple productions and scale various Fever Original IPs to meet team targets.
- Research new vendors, technologies, and experiences.
- Source and secure venues, obtain event permits, and ensure all insurance requirements are met.
- Handle administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and contract work with the legal department.
- Travel domestically or internationally and work across time zones as required.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in live event production or experiential marketing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating all event elements efficiently.
- Innovative, solutionâfocused mindset with a track record of identifying and resolving problems creatively.
- Strong network of vendors and venues, with experience in permitting and insurance processes.
- Excellent understanding of technical production requirements and basic fabrication techniques.
- Curiosity, appetite for learning, and a willingness to push boundaries and acquire new skills quickly.
- Strong communication skills â capable of collaborating with partners, brands, agencies, and talent.
- Strategic thinking ability to interpret and act on event briefs.
- Experience with virtual, outdoor, or largeâscale events is a plus.
