About The Role

As a Junior Brand Partnerships Manager, you will support the Brand Partnerships team in developing and executing sales initiatives across the Secret Media Network. You’ll help build relationships with key agencies and brands, contributing to driving revenue growth and supporting the execution of strategic sales efforts. Your role will focus on learning and assisting, supporting the team, and staying informed on industry trends to help drive success.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in building and nurturing relationships with key clients (both agencies and direct).
  • Support the team by helping bring in suitable and ambitious client briefs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create responses to client briefs.
  • Attend client meetings and pitches with the sales team when needed, contributing insights and support.
  • Help organize client entertainment and events.
  • Work toward meeting quarterly sales goals alongside the team.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to continuously improve Fever’s Brand Partnerships offering.
  • Stay up-to-date on trends within the entertainment, experience, and social media industries, helping to communicate them to clients in an engaging way.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or media agency roles (preferably in a publisher or experience-driven environment).
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to contribute to meetings and deliver proposals.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Ability to think creatively and contribute to data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with creating presentations, slide decks, and written pitch materials is a plus.

Desirable skills:

  • Contacts within direct brands and/or agencies in the media, social and events industry.
  • Exposure to brand partnerships, social activations, or event-driven experiences is a bonus.
