Who You’ll Work With
You will join one of our offices worldwide to work in teams and directly interact with partners, providers, and venues. In this role, you will help Fever grow its pipeline of original events in the region by managing and growing a team of Project Managers, Producers, and other profiles, while collaborating with all departments—from Marketing to Operations. The team you’ll lead is motivated, young, and fun, with multicultural backgrounds and elite experience from various prestigious companies.
What You’ll Do
- Create and lead a team to develop, launch, and manage events end‑to‑end.
- Be responsible for the region’s P&L, team development, local industry connections, and representing Fever across the cities you manage.
- Define strategy to grow the business and scalability of events.
- Build and manage the team for the UK and Ireland that generates growth for the countries within the scope.
- Ensure individual team members achieve quality and revenue goals on a quarterly basis by auditing their performance.
- Define the strategy of the region for growth, ensuring maximum sales performance, customer excellence, and operational quality to meet KPI targets.
- Manage the local portfolio of experiences based on data analyses, ensuring Fever’s penetration in the local market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders from major entertainment and real‑estate companies.
- Negotiate and close business deals with partners.
- Report performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to local team members.
- Execute detailed analysis of business opportunities and processes.
- Represent Fever at local events and conversations.
Qualifications
- Project management, startup or consulting background (9+ years of experience).
- MBA from a top‑tier school preferred.
- Fluent English.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with large team management experience.
- Solution‑focused with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Experience managing complex projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to build relationships with C‑level executives.
- Able to coordinate and audit internal and external teams to drive success.
- Extensive networking skills and ability to make partnerships happen.
- Advanced commercial acumen to negotiate high‑value deals with favourable terms for Fever.
