With our proprietary cutting‑edge technology and data‑driven approach, we’re revolutionizing the way people engage with live entertainment. Every month, our platform inspires over 300 million people in +55 countries to discover unforgettable experiences while also empowering event creators with our data and technology.
To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar‑raisers with a hands‑on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment. We help brands connect in a meaningful way with their audience through culturally resonant campaigns. Our team uses their expertise in entertainment and immersive events to help brands and agencies across the globe conceptualize, produce, and manage multi‑channel campaigns.
The Role: We are looking for a commercially‑minded data and product builder to join our Brand Partnerships team in London or Madrid as Director, Commercial Product. This person will turn Fever’s scale, owned IP, marketplace, Secret Media Network, and first‑party data into actionable, repeatable, measurable commercial offerings.
- Build measurement into a product, designing and owning the closed‑loop attribution methodology that lets partners see impact and outcomes.
- Turn Fever’s passion and intent data into privacy‑safe, aggregated audience intelligence that partners can action.
- Own the technical scoping of integrations, defining requirements and commercial needs for Fever tech teams.
- Deliver the membership, integration and measurement infrastructure that the commercial team sells on top of.
- Package products for the sales team, translating capability into clear, sellable propositions.
- Work cross‑functionally with data, engineering, marketing and event operations to launch products on time and to a premium standard.
- Set the measurement standard for Brand Partnerships, becoming the internal authority for campaign outcomes.
Who You Are: You bring 10+ years of experience in commercial product, partnerships product, ad‑tech or media product, marketing measurement, or a closely related field. You are fluent in measurement and attribution, and understand how to turn data into a privacy‑safe, sellable product. You have worked at the intersection of commercial and technical teams, and can scope integrations, brief engineering, and translate between a sales pitch and a build backlog.
Why You’ll Love It Here: Attractive compensation package, 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences, generous parental leave, future-proof pension, private health and dental insurance, cycle saver & nursery support, wellhub membership for gym and wellness access, language learning support, and a dynamic international team.
Fever is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workspace where everyone's background and ideas count. We encourage everyone to apply!
