Fever-Tree is hiring for a Business Development Executive (South West) as part of our UK Field Sales Team. This is a 12-month maternity cover, starting in June 2026.
Location: The role is field-based in South-West England, spending days out in trade and must hold a valid UK driving license. The location is flexible, and we will accept candidates based in Wiltshire, Dorset, Somerset, Avon, Oxfordshire, Hampshire and Gloucestershire.

We are continuing to develop and innovate, launching new products in exciting categories such as alcohol-free, adult soft drinks, and cocktail mixers. We're looking for people to help define how Fever-Tree evolves as a brand as we continue to grow and innovate within the drinks category.
Role Overview:
- Start Date: June 2026
- Duration: 12-month maternity cover
- Location: Flexible – (Wiltshire, Dorset, Somerset, Avon, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Gloucestershire)
Managing and supporting on-trade accounts within the South-West, driving growth with Fever-Tree's vast portfolio into bars, restaurants, and hotels (individual sites & groups). This is a remote role with weekly visits to accounts within the patch. You'd be part of a small regional team, reporting into the wider UK On-Trade team.
The environment at Fever-Tree is fast-paced and requires initiative and proactivity to succeed. As a result, the successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and ambitious sales team that is defining how Fever-Tree evolves as a brand as it continues to grow and dominate the premium mixer category.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating new sales & partnerships
- Managing existing business accounts, ranging from pubs, key bars, restaurants, groups to iconic hotels and Michelin restaurants within patch
- Management of sales process, including some wholesalers
- Conduct day-to-day meetings with the teams where needed
- Negotiate contracts with key customers
- Work closely with main internal and external stakeholders
- Involvement in wider sales & marketing processes in on-trade
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least some sales experience within past employment. Experience in the on-trade or drinks industry is preferred.
- Track record of success
- The ability to build strong relationships efficiently
- A strong understanding of their local area
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work with main Microsoft programs (i.e., excel etc.)
- You will be a team player with strong communication skills and able to build relationships both internally and externally, being a self-starter with a positive attitude and the desire to learn is key
- Must hold a valid UK driving license
